Privacybeleid
Datum van kracht: 29 augustus 2026. Deze privacybeleid verklaart hoe Manuk Beauty (“wij”, “ons”) persoonlijke gegevens verzamelt, gebruikt en beschermt als u manukbeauty.nl bezoekt en winkelt bij onze winkel. We zijn gevestigd in Almere, Nederland, en verwerken persoonlijke gegevens conform de Algemene Gegevensbeschermingsverordentis (AVG) en de EU-GDPR.

2. What data we collect
Als u een bestelling plaatst verzamelen we: uw naam, e-mailadres, aflever- en factuuraadres, telefoonnummer (optioneel) en de besteldetails (product, aantal, prijs, gebruikte betaalmethode).
Als u een account aanmaakt bewaren we uw naam, e-mailadres, wachtwoord (gehashd) en uw bestelgeschiedenis.
Als u contact met ons opneemt (contactformulier of e-mail) ontvangen we uw naam, e-mailadres en de inhoud van uw bericht.
Automatisch verwerken we beperkte technische gegevens zoals IP-adres, browsertype en bezochte pagina’s, gebruikt voor de sitebeveiliging en om te begrijpen hoe de winkel wordt gebruikt.
3. Why we process your data (legal bases)
Om uw bestelling te voltooien (AVG Art. 6(1)(b) – contract): het verwerken van uw bestelling, het regelen van betaling en verzending en het versturen van bestelbevestigingen.
Legitiem belang (AVG Art. 6(1)(f)): preventie van fraude, sitebeveiliging en het verbeteren van onze winkel.
Toestemming (AVG Art. 6(1)(a)): optionele marketing-e-mails en analytics-cookies, die u op elk moment kunt intrekken.
Wettelijke verplichting (AVG Art. 6(1)(c)): het bijhouden van administraties die verplicht zijn volgens de belasting- en boekhoudwetten.
4. Payments
Payment on our store is processed by Mollie (Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam) or the relevant payment provider, depending on the method you choose (iDEAL, credit card, etc.). We do not store your card details. The payment provider receives the details needed to process the transaction and handles them under its own privacy policy.
5. Cookies
We use cookies to make the store work and to improve your experience:
• Essential cookies — required for the shopping cart, checkout and login to function.
• Analytics cookies — used (with consent) to understand how visitors use the store so we can improve it.
• Cookie consent — our cookie banner (SureCookie) records your preferences before non-essential cookies are placed.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings on the site, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser.
6. Sharing with third parties
We only share your data with processors needed to run the store: our hosting provider (ZipWP), payment providers (e.g. Mollie), and shipping carriers for the delivery of your order. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
7. Data retention
We keep order data for as long as required by Dutch tax law (7 years for financial records). Berichten uit het contactformulier worden bewast t.z.t. Analytics data is kept in aggregated, non-identifying form.
8. Your rights (AVG)
Under the AVG/GDPR you have the right to:
• access your personal data (Art. 15)
• correct inaccurate data (Art. 16)
• request deletion of your data (Art. 17)
• restrict processing (Art. 18)
• data portability (Art. 20)
• object to processing (Art. 21)
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@manukbeauty.nl. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
9. Data security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including SSL/HTTPS encryption and access controls. Payment data is handled by PCI-compliant payment providers and never stored on our servers.
10. Children
Our store is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacybeleid from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with a new effective date.
