Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 29 August 2026. These general terms and conditions apply to every order placed via the Manuk Beauty online store (manukbeauty.nl / www.manukbeauty.nl/store), operated by Manuk Beauty, based in Almere, the Netherlands.

1. Applicability

These terms apply to all offers, orders and agreements between Manuk Beauty and the customer. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT (21% or applicable rate) unless stated otherwise. Payment takes place via the payment methods offered at checkout (e.g. iDEAL, credit card, or PayPal via Mollie) at the time of ordering.

We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in prices or product information after an order is placed; we will contact you in that case before proceeding.

3. Orders and confirmation

Your order is binding once you have completed the checkout and received an order confirmation by email. We confirm availability when we process your order.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown on our Shipping & Delivery page and calculated at checkout.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. For details, see our Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Product information and liability

We make every effort to describe products accurately. Product information, including ingredients and claims, is provided for guidance and is not medical advice. If you have sensitive or allergy-prone skin, patch-test products first. Manuk Beauty is not liable for reactions arising from misuse or failure to follow product instructions.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.

7. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with a product or service, please contact us via the contact page. We will respond within 2 business days and work to resolve the issue. Dutch consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
